Qubit that scale corresponds too.

Scale factor for qubit frequency.

Initialize a UchannelLOSchema object

Parameters:

  • q (int) -- Qubit that scale corresponds too. Must be >= 0.

  • scale (complex) -- Scale factor for qubit frequency.

Raises:

QiskitError -- If q is < 0
