Base class for Quantum Fisher Information (QFI).
Compute the Quantum Fisher Information (QFI) given a pure, parameterized quantum state.
The QFI is:
[QFI]kl= Re[〈∂kψ|∂lψ〉−〈∂kψ|ψ〉〈ψ|∂lψ〉] * 4.
