qiskit.circuit.gate.Gate
Single-qubit rotation about the X+Z axis.
Implemented using one X90 pulse on IBM Quantum systems:
\[U2(\phi, \lambda) = RZ(\phi).RY(\frac{\pi}{2}).RZ(\lambda)\]Circuit symbol:

Matrix Representation:
